I’m an embroidery designer and textile artist currently based in Dalston, London. After studying a BA in Textile Design specialising in Stitch/Mixed Media at Chelsea College of Arts, I trained on the hand-guided irish embroidery machine at Rachel Rousham Embroidery.

I take inspiration from nature as well as traditional embroidery techniques and antique textile samples, particularly from the 18th/19th Century. I work in a range of fields including fashion, interiors, costume and sustainable design.

I love working on the irish machine as well as creating experimental hand embroidery techniques, making tactile textile sculptures, and taking on bespoke commissions. I’m passionate about sustainability – a large portion of my work is dedicated to repairing and upcycling existing garments. Get in touch via the contact form if you have a garment that needs a new lease of life!

Recent freelance projects & collaborations include: Madame Tussauds, Netflix, Galvan, Stitch School, Miranda Argyle, Alexander McQueen, The Seam, Dickies
