TERMS & CONDITIONS
Each piece is unique; every item I make is hand-drawn, freehand embroidered, and cut out by hand. All embroidery for sale is entirely hand-made so expect variations between pieces.
SHIPPING
We currently deliver to the UK only. All UK deliveries are posted Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for. Ready-to-ship orders will be despatched within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Allow 2 weeks processing time for made to order purchases. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Your statutory rights are not affected by the following guidance in the unlikely event that goods are faulty.
Personalised products are non-refundable.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
